Jazz playersWarwick's steaming its way via the Jazz Express.Southern Downs Steam Railway (SDSR) this week confirmed that approval for the C17 trip to Toolburra was still uncertain.

But it shouldn’t stop visitors from coming along to the Jazz Express day on the 20th July.

The enthusiastic train volunteers will put on a terrific day which includes 2 jazz bands & BBQ.

SDSR will be firing up the C17 loco and guarantee that cab rides will be on sale. Closed in shoes are a must.

SDSR management committee member Steve Marston said "the C17 would be ready to go the distance to Toolburra if given the word.
